Shipping Policy
Normally, we dispatch all orders with 1-2 business days.
No Dispatch on Sundays and on national holidays. Typically it takes a maximum of 5-7 business days to receive your order.
An email will be sent with tracking details once your order is shipped.
We partner with premium courier companies like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, India Post, Ekart, Shadowfax and Bluedart for shipping your order.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to us via email within 24 hrs of delivery.
If an order is returned undelivered to us then refund will be initiated after deducting forward and return shipping charges. For re-sending the parcel, additional shipping fee will be applicable on such orders.
In case you receive a successful delivery message or email for your order, but have not received your parcel (that is, case of fake delivery by courier company), then please communicate the same to us on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery message or email, for us to investigate the issue with the courier company. Any complaints raised after that will not be considered.
